Oyster New Year
For 33 years, we've celebrated peak oyster season the only way we know how... Oyster New Year! Join us Saturday, November 7th for an evening of all-you-can-eat oysters, premium wine pours, local brews and spirits, a seafood spread worthy of the waterfront, and the legendary oyster luge. This year, Hit Explosion takes the stage to keep the energy high and the night electric.

Our Story
Our historic home. Pier 56 started out as Arlington Dock in the late 1800s. Built and owned by a retired ship captain, the dock was destroyed in the Great Seattle Fire of 1889.
