Join us for a unique and interactive oyster experience hosted by Executive Chef Robert Spaulding! Learn to shuck oysters or hone your skills while enjoying a specialty cocktail paired with oysters. Leave supplied with your own shucking knife, skills, and knowledge to take home. Local oyster lore and history, tools of the trade, technique, and more will be shared.

- 9 oysters per person, featuring 4 local oyster species (Pacific, Olympia, Virginica, and Kumamoto). 3 of these oysters will be used to practice your shucking.
