Wild Alaskan Halibut

Spring has arrived and so has Wild Alaskan Halibut from the Gulf of Alaska. We cut and exclusively provide a special preparation of halibut throughout the season. This seasonal dish features lemon herb butter, pickled radish, green garlic, melted leeks, English peas, and a delectable pea jus.

Curious about the incredible journey of our Halibut? Our adventure begins in the pristine waters of Alaska, helmed by the skilled Captain Jim Hubbard aboard Kruzof boat in Seward. We specifically chose this top-notch fishing vessel for its ability to embark on brief fishing trips and smaller hauls so they may handle the fish with utmost care and ensure optimal freshness of our catch. Immediately post-catch, the fish is dressed and iced to rapidly lower the core temperature. From Anchorage, they’re swiftly flown to Sea-Tac, guaranteeing we receive the freshest halibut possible.

Is it Oyster O’Clock Yet? Happy Hour is Here!

We are jamming out a shuckin’ great happy hour celebration through Memorial Day to mark the end of peak oyster season. From $2.50 oysters to discounted drinks and snacks, this is the place you will want to get your oyster on. Join us Monday through Friday from 2:30pm – 4:30pm in the bar and lounge.
