Copper River Salmon

NOW SERVING: SEATTLE’S FIRST COPPER RIVER SALMON

The wait is over. The first Copper River Salmon of the season has landed—and it’s now on the menu starting today at Elliott’s.

Renowned for its rich flavor, vibrant color, and buttery texture, this Alaskan delicacy is one of the most anticipated seasonal arrivals of the year. We’re proud to be among the first to serve it, prepared simply to let its exceptional quality shine.

But hurry—our first catch is limited and won’t last long.
Reserve your table today and taste why it’s worth the wait.

It all comes down to the journey. Sourced from one of the fastest flowing rivers in the country, these wild salmon must swim over 300 miles upstream—battling a 3,600-foot elevation climb through the glacier-carved waters of Alaska’s Copper River to reach their spawning grounds.

To survive such an intense migration, Copper River Salmon build up higher levels of precious omega-3s, giving them their signature rich flavor, buttery texture, and high nutritional value—making them one of the most sought-after wild salmon in the world.

We are thrilled to share this delicious salmon with you!
