SYNCLINE Grüner Veltliner, Columbia Gorge, Washington, 2022 | $15

From the biodynamic winery of a husband-and-wife team, Syncline Grüner Veltliner is grown in the windblown soils in the Columbia Gorge AVA. The proximity to the river moderates temperatures, making this a perfect place to produce white wine of great intensity and freshness. This dry white show notes of fresh citrus, green herbs and white pepper. This wine alongside Pacific Northwest oysters is as good as it gets!

L’ECOLE No 41 Chardonnay, Columbia Valley, Washington, 2022 | $16
