TWO VINTNERS Grenache Blanc, Columbia Valley, Washington, 2022 | $14
First on our journey is the esteemed winemaker, Morgan Lee, of Two Vintners. Renowned for his superstar winemaking skills, Lee’s creations are nothing short of extraordinary. The Two Vintners Grenache Blanc takes center stage – a fresh, invigorating white wine with fruity and floral notes, rounded texture, and a hint of crisp acidity. This wine is the perfect complement to our Alaskan Crab or Blackened Pacific Rockfish.
SYNCLINE Grüner Veltliner, Columbia Gorge, Washington, 2022 | $15
From the biodynamic winery of a husband-and-wife team, Syncline Grüner Veltliner is grown in the windblown soils in the Columbia Gorge AVA. The proximity to the river moderates temperatures, making this a perfect place to produce white wine of great intensity and freshness. This dry white show notes of fresh citrus, green herbs and white pepper. This wine alongside Pacific Northwest oysters is as good as it gets!
L’ECOLE No 41 Chardonnay, Columbia Valley, Washington, 2022 | $16
With nearly 40 years winemaking experience, this third-generation family winery is located in the heart of the Walla Walla Valley and has built a reputation for quality and excellence. L’Ecole‘s Columbia Valley chardonnay is sourced from cooler sites within the valley creating a welcomed sensation of freshness and balance. Notes of bright citrus and white flowers with a rich mouthfeel and mouthwatering acidity. The texture and flavors of this wine pair beautifully with our Seafood Pasta and Seared Scallop dish.
GILBERT CELLARS Rosé Columbia Valley, Washington, 2022 | $12
Rooted in five generations of farming tradition in the Yakima Valley, the Gilbert family focuses on crafting small batch wines that faithfully represent the terroir of the region. This wine was inspired by the tradition of the great rosés of Bandol in Provence. This wine shows fruity notes of grapefruit and peach with spring herbs. It is crisp on the palate with subtle notes of white pepper and finishes with bright acidity. Enjoy this easy drinking rosé with our Grilled Chili Prawns or alongside Pacific Northwest Salmon.
