Dungeness Crab Cake Stuffed Mushrooms

Mushrooms (jumbo button or Cremini)

4 each

Elliott’s Dungeness Crab Cakes

3 oz

Buttered Bread crumbs (sub recipe below)

4 tbsp 

Grated Parmesan Cheese


Instructions:

  1. To prepare the Mushroom caps remove the stem from the top and wash.
  2. Turn them cap side down and lightly coat with olive oil, salt and pepper
  3. Place the caps in the oven on 300 for 10 minutes and bake until tender.
  4. Remove the Mushrooms from the oven and fill with ½ oz of Elliott’s Dungeness Crab Cake mix. 
  5. Top with buttered breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese and place back into the oven until cooked through about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
