At Elliott's, we believe in serving fresh, sustainable seafood from local sources that follow strict environmental practices.

For example, our oysters come from certified growing areas in Puget Sound that meet stringent water quality standards. Our Dungeness crabs are caught with eco-friendly traps, then delivered fresh to Elliott's up to four times a week. And our clams and mussels come directly from Penn Cove Shellfish, a sustainable shellfish farm on Whidbey Island. To help the planet further, we recycle or compost everything possible.

We're proud to be Seafood WATCH®-compliant, and we actively support the Puget Sound Restoration Fund, The Humane Society, and Wild Salmon Supporters.

About the Puget Sound Restoration Fund (PSRF)

Every year, Elliott's donates all proceeds from our Oyster New Year Bash to PSRF. Since 1997, this non-profit organization has been dedicated to restoring the Sound's water quality and native marine species and their habitats. As part of Elliott's partnership with PSRF, our staff volunteers twice a year to help seed, tend and harvest the oyster beds on Henderson Inlet's Community Shellfish Farm. (Many of the oysters we harvest are proudly served at our Oyster New Year Bash.) Learn more about PSRF here.
