We celebrate the return of oyster season to Puget Sound each year by hosting the biggest
oyster party on the West Coast. At Elliott’s, we’re serious about serving oysters at their
peak—during the cool autumn months when oysters develop
the firm texture and clean taste they’re famous for.

Tickets: $75 in advance or $85 at the door (excluding tax and gratuity), as space allows.

Proceeds benefit the Puget Sound Restoration Fund’s Henderson Inlet Project.
Over the years, pollution and increased population have taken their toll on Henderson Inlet. Elliott’s
is committed to helping restore the health of this Puget Sound resource through annual donations.
Proceeds from this year’s Oyster New Year Bash will go directly to reseeding the tidelands.
