corn cream and smoked pepper jam
Fish Tale Organic Amber Ale
Created in keeping with the Cascadian commitment to the protection of natural water
resources, this ale is brewed with malted barley and hops grown and processed under
certified organic conditions by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and the USDA.
Apple Grilled Dungeness Crab
Fresh Dungeness crab marinated with hard cider, ginger, cider vinegar and garlic.
Grilled to perfection and served with Elliott’s Signature Crab Service.
Winterfish Ale
This is the Cascadian ale brewed for the season of celebrations. Very pale and full bodied
with a rich flavor imparted by Pale and Honey malt and assertively friendly hop character,
Winterfish will put a glow in your cheeks and warmth in your heart.
Dutch Harbor King Crab Risotto
King crab merus sections grilled and served with locally picked wild
mushroom risotto, crab cream and frizzled leeks.
Fish Tale Organic IPA
A Cascadian treasure, Fish Tale Organic India Pale Ale is a medium-bodied beer with a
rich golden color. The organic pale and crystal malts contribute to a firm malt body that provides
the backbone for an aggressive hop profile. Our India Pale Ale features a unique organic hop grown
in New Zealand, called Pacific Gem. The moment our Mighty Fish Brewers sampled this pungent and
resinous new hop, they knew it would be perfect for their Organic I.P.A.
Deep Fried Banana Skewers and Ginger Bread Ice cream
Bananas dipped in ginger ale batter with gingerbread ice
cream and Mudshark molasses
Mudshark Porter
North American Brewers Association 2000 Gold Medal Winner. This is a black, medium-bodied,
yet robust brew with a rich chocolate flavor and dry finish. The predominate flavor characteristic,
that of smooth, dark, bittersweet cocoa, lingers on the palate from first pint to last.
6:30pm. Tickets: $65. Limited Seating. Call 206-623-4340 for reservations or please click here.
