Butter, garlic, white wine, lemon, and parsley.
Basted with a sweet rice wine and soy reduction.
Pesto Salmon Sliders
Bristol Bay Sockeye grilled and basted with basil pesto.
Served on toasted sourdough bread with tartar and tomato.
Grilled Beer Brats
Bratwurst grilled and simmered in beer.
Served on a toasted bun with grilled onions and hot mustard.
Clam Chowder
Elliott’s own award winning recipe.
Caesar salad
Fresh chopped romaine hearts, brioche croutons,
Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.

Hot Dogs and Hamburgers
