Pan fried oysters served in the shell and topped with Jack Daniels bourbon sauce and crispy shallots.

Sweet Mexican white prawns marinated in a spicy chili blend.  Flame grilled and served
with sweet plum-chili dipping sauce and pineapple chili coleslaw.

Willapa Bay oysters topped with spinach, bacon, celery, onion and Pernod.
Oven baked and topped with hollandaise sauce.

Oven baked Willapa Bay oysters topped with seasoned bread
crumbs, blue cheese and shaved celery.


• Coriander-Pepper Seared Ahi Tuna

Served on fresh cucumber with wasabi aioli and sweet soy. 
Topped with crisp wontons.

• Spicy Razor Clam Strips
Buttermilk marinated razor clams breaded and fried golden. 
Tossed with Cajun seasoning and served with spicy remoulade.
