The Pier Margarita
Sauza Blue Reposado tequila and triple sec mixed with our house made sour. Served on the rocks with a salted rim.
Copperworks Barrel-Aged gin, Amaro, lemon juice, Scrappy’s celery bitters, topped off with a refreshing splash of Two Beers Belgian Wit.
The Scratch Mary
House vodka, blended with our own Bloody Mary mix made with horseradish, fresh herbs and spices.
Dark ‘n Stormy
An Elliott’s favorite. Gosling’s dark rum, ginger beer and a touch of lime.
