Wild Salmon

OUR SALMON OFFERINGS ARE ONLY FROM WILD, SUSTAINABLE RUNS. WE SERVE NO FARMED SALMON.


SALMON PREPARATION:

Alder Planked: Seasoned with our house 
rub and baked on an alder 
plank. Served with grilled market vegetables.

Simply Grilled: Edamame succotash, lemon herb butter, spring pea pistou, crispy shallot.

Pan Fried Oysters
Tartar sauce, Bourbon sauce, mashed potatoes, market vegetables.

Grilled Wild Prawn Risotto 
Char grilled wild prawns, garlic herb butter, spinach-pepper bacon risotto, smoked tomato-lemon cream.

Dungeness Crab Cakes
Dungeness crab and ocean shrimp, jasmine rice cake, sesame slaw, ginger-lime beurre blanc.
