Below is a sample of a few favorite menu items.

Wild Salmon

OUR SALMON OFFERINGS ARE ONLY FROM WILD, SUSTAINABLE RUNS. WE SERVE NO FARMED SALMON.


SALMON PREPARATION:

Alder Planked: Seasoned with our house 
rub and baked on an alder 
plank. Served with grilled market vegetables.

Simply Grilled: Pomegranate butter, Oregon hazelnut-wild arugula pesto, roasted onions and potatoes, grilled asparagus, pomegranate molasses.

Cajun Pan Seared: Dusted with our Cajun 
spice and seared. 
Topped with pickled mango relish and served
 on creamed beluga lentils.

Pan Fried Oysters
Tartar sauce, Bourbon sauce, mashed potatoes, market vegetables.

Grilled Wild Prawn Risotto 
Char grilled wild prawns, garlic herb butter, spinach-pepper bacon risotto, smoked tomato-lemon cream.

Alaskan Crab Cakes
Dungeness crab and ocean shrimp, mango ketchup, Singapore chili sauce, chayote-jicama slaw.
