Elliott’s Signature Cocktails

Mango Mojito  
Cruzan mango rum, freshly muddled mint, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, mango puree and soda.

Pear Martini   
Smirnoff Pear vodka, Clear Creek Pear brandy, Looza pear nectar, simple syrup and fresh lime juice.

The Scratch Mary   
Gordon’s vodka infused with bell peppers, blended with our own Bloody Mary mix made with horseradish, fresh herbs and spices.

Dark & Stormy  
An Elliott’s favorite. Gosling’s dark rum, house made ginger beer and a touch of lime.

Bartender Favorites

Pimm’s Plantation  
A ode to the classic Tiki culture.  Pimm’s #1, fresh lime juice, pineapple syrup and a touch of banana liqueur.  Topped with Izze sparkling grapefruit soda.

The Pier Margarita    
Cuervo tequila and Cointreau mixed with fresh  lime juice and a touch of agave syrup, shaken and strained. Served on the rocks with a salted rim.

Juinper Flip 
Gin, St. Germain, wild hibiscus syrup, fresh grapefruit juice.  Shaken with a beaten egg and topped with cinnamon.

Blood & Sand  
A classic cocktail named for the 1927 silent film.  Dewar’s blended scotch, Cinzano sweet vermouth, Cherry Herring and fresh orange juice.

White Peach Sangria (Coming Soon!)  
White peach puree, crisp Sauvignon Blanc, Christian Brothers brandy, peach liqueur, fresh lemon juice and a touch of simple syrup.  Topped with fresh raspberries.

Gingerberry Fizz  
Delicious raspberry puree paired perfectily with ginger ale.

Virgin-Jito  
Just as good as the real thing. Fresh lime, orange and lemon lightly muddled with mint, simple syrup and topped with ginger ale.
