Rum Party Thursday, March 13 • 5-7pm Come join the party! Enjoy tropical drinks and sunny appetizers — plus the chance to win great prizes! Get Your Rum On! Dinner Thursday, March 27th 6:30pm *$65.00 *Does not include tax or gratuity Sample the tastes of paradise at Elliott's. Enjoy a five-course dinner featuring island-inspired seafood dishes, each paired with the perfect rum cocktail. Rum - Glazed Salmon Candy Alder-smoked Alaskan salmon dry-cured with salt and raw sugar, then basted with jalapeno, brown sugar, and Mount Gay rum. Served with mango salsa. Accompanied by: Bacardi Limon Cosmopolitan or Caribbean Margarita Seafood Mojito Scallops, Ahi tuna, yellowtail, and squid tossed with fresh mint, lime juice, and rum. Served up in a martini glass. Accompanied by: Blood Orange Champagne Cocktail Bacardi O, Grand Marnier, fresh blood orange juice, and Domaine Ste. Michelle Blanc de Blancs. Caribbean Smoked Black Cod Alaskan black cod marinated with ginger, coconut milk, habañero peppers, and rum. Mesquite cold smoked and oven roasted. Served over black rice cake, then finished with mango-papaya vinaigrette and smoked sweet onion compote. Accompanied by: La Petite Fleur Cruzan Estate, Cointreau, grapefruit juice, lime, and sugar. Rum Braised Veal Cheeks Root beer and dark rum braised veal cheeks served over a sweet potato cake and topped with sour cherry chutney. Accompanied by: Premium Rum Manhattan Pyrat XO rum and Vya premium vermouth, rum-infused cherry Banana Tart Tatin Dark rum glazed bananas baked with puff pastry.
